Godly leadership is not about controlling others or always having the final word. It is the responsibility to serve with humility, make decisions with integrity, and use influence in a way that honors God.
Wisdom helps us know when to speak, when to listen, when to act, and when to wait. We do not have to lead from pride or pressure when we can ask God for direction.
Before making the next decision, pause and seek God’s wisdom. Strong leadership is refined by humility, compassion, truth, and love.
Lord, give me wisdom to lead well and humility to remain teachable. Help my words and decisions reflect truth, grace, courage, and love. May every influence You give me be used to serve others and honor You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
