Walking in Truth. Living in Grace. Leading with Integrity.
Effective date: September 11, 2026
Truth & Grace Integrity respects your privacy and seeks to handle the information you share with care, dignity, and integrity. This policy explains the types of information the website may collect and how that information may be used.
When you use our contact, prayer request, or testimony forms, you may provide information such as your name, email address, message, prayer request, testimony, and publication preference. Please share only information you are comfortable submitting through a website.
Information submitted through the website may be used to respond to messages, receive and review prayer requests, follow up when a response is requested, review testimony submissions, administer ministry communications, maintain website records, and improve the ministry experience.
Form submissions may be stored within the WordPress website and may also be delivered by email to the ministry account.
Prayer requests are received for ministry and prayer purposes. We seek to handle them respectfully. However, website forms should not be used for emergencies or situations requiring immediate professional assistance, and no online form can guarantee absolute confidentiality.
Testimonies are not published solely because they are submitted. The testimony form allows you to indicate whether the story may be published, whether you want to be contacted first, or whether the submission is for the ministry team only. Published testimonies may be edited for clarity, length, spelling, or privacy without intentionally changing the meaning of the story.
The website may use WordPress, Elementor, Jetpack, cookie-consent tools, hosting services, and related technologies that can collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, cookies, or similar usage data. These tools may be used for security, website functionality, performance, analytics, and user preferences depending on the features enabled.
Truth & Grace Integrity does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, secure the site, host content, or provide website functionality. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, ministry, or others.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was submitted, ministry administration, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted when appropriate.
You may contact Truth & Grace Integrity to ask a question about information you submitted or to request that we review, correct, or delete information associated with a website submission when reasonably possible.
The website may contain links to other websites or social platforms. Truth & Grace Integrity is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of outside services.
This policy may be updated as the website and ministry grow. The effective date above will be revised when meaningful changes are made.
